Booking clients' appointment requests in all company communication platforms such as phone calls, e-mail, Facebook messenger, company website and WhatsApp.
Arranging dispatch of technicians on a daily basis to attend client appointments ensuring quality of service and adherence of schedule.
Assists in office operations such as coordinating office activities and operations to serve efficiency and compliance to company policies.
In charge of stock inventory, looking for/dealing with suppliers to procure materials such as AC units, AC spare parts, water heater, water pumps and any AC, plumbing and electrical consumables.
Managing invoices, payment collection and data entry via QuickBooks
Marketing the company's services through social media platform, e.g Facebook, WhatsApp and Email.
Manages daily operations of the organization, orchestrating forward-thinking strategies to accomplish profit and expansion goals.
Assists in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
Handles problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.
Delivers business strategy and develops systems and procedures to improve operational quality and team efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
