Position: Facilities Engineer
Location: United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil systems.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repair, service, and project-related works.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Support energy management initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and progress updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and UAE regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building operations, and maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a client-focused environment.
