Al Futtaim's Facilities Management division is expanding in the Northern Emirates with an exciting new project, and we're looking for skilled FM professionals to join our team.
Facilities Engineer
- Monitor and maintain all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with FM teams.
- Analyze equipment performance data and recommend technical improvements.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for technical support and service delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, permits, and compliance checks.
- Support in energy audits, asset lifecycle planning, and operational efficiency improvements.
