Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound care.
Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, disease prevention, and proper medication use.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Maintain precise and up-to-date patient documentation in line with clinical standards.
Comply with all healthcare, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, building trust and emotional support for patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
