Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial patient evaluations and design individualized care plans
Administer medications, track vital signs, and manage wound care
Assist with diagnostic testing and medical procedures
Provide education to patients and families on treatment plans, disease management, and safe medication use
Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care delivery
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with healthcare, safety, and regulatory requirements
Offer compassionate support, fostering trust and reassurance for patients and their families
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Skills:

Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
