Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound management
Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and proper medication usage
Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional quality of care
Accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date clinical records
Adhere to all healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that builds trust and emotional comfort for patients and their families
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
