Key Responsibilities:
Perform initial patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound management
Support diagnostic tests and assist in medical procedures
Educate patients and families on treatments, disease management, and proper medication use
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities
Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
Deliver compassionate care, offering emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
