Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care effectively.
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical treatments.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and safe medication practices.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
Ensure adherence to all healthcare, safety, and regulatory protocols.
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care, fostering trust and emotional support for patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Skills:

Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
