Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level communications, and providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing items requiring immediate attention.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support board meetings: prepare materials, minutes, and related documentation.
  • Conduct research and compile information for executive decision-making.
  • Handle special projects and tasks as assigned.
