• Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, providing hands-on oversight and direction to a skilled culinary team.
• Develop, design, and execute bespoke seasonal menus catering to the principals' preferences, dietary needs, and guest requirements.
• Maintain uncompromising standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency for daily dining and special events.
• Source and select the highest quality ingredients, ensuring sustainability and provenance are prioritised in all purchases.
