Full responsibility for the operating equipment including its inventory levels and always maintain the resort food cost.
Communicating with the guests and sharing guest feedback with the chef in charge and management to ensure high levels of food and service quality and guest satisfaction is also a crucial part of this role.
Should prepare Duty Roster for the staff's.
Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing, innovative, proactive, and reliable).
Passion for delivering great food and service.
Multitasking and organizational ability.
Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
Currently must be in UAE.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role and environment (high-volume production) in UAE.
Salary Starts from AED:-4500 to AED:-5000/- and Age preferred 35+
Minimum 5 years of training experience as an Executive chef and
work experience Certificate required.
HACCP Certificate Required.
