Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to mange the exhibitions.


To manage and plan the activities of the Design Section so that the space/floor and layout for the exhibitions are planned and implemented as per the specifications of the exhibitors and within the given time and cost.
Principal responsibilities / accountabilities

• Manage the Extra Service to generate more income with the implementation of existing and new systems, contributing to a target revenue growth.
• Facilitation of all ground requirement as layouts and extra service for stand packages for specific events, together with the reflected additional services required of the event.
• Logistics coordination during Move-in, Move-out and during the exhibition hours, including extra service queries and delivery for exhibitors & contractors.
• Communication and coordination with the Operations team for technical & logistics enquiries and solutions.
• Execution and effective implementation of all safety standards & protocols with Operations team, by efficient communication with exhibitors, contractors and suppliers.
• Creation of invoices for extra venue services availed for all events.
• Facilitation of Graphics for venue branding, hall branding and booth extra service branding.
• Preparation & submission of exhibition reports and other required documents to line manager and Director, as required.
• Deliver and execute Floor plans using AutoCAD and EBMSCad and conceptualize stand projects with a competitive cost for clients both inside and outside
• Conceptualize exhibition accessories that are effective aesthetically and of quality within budget as per requirements of show and the client.
• To coordinate with project managers of upcoming shows for artworks & signage\'s, stands, and providing assistance wherever needed.
• Assist exhibitors in their stand participation needs pertaining to design, extra service and technical requirements.
• Produce specially designed stand packages for exhibitors that would increase revenue for Special Construction jobs as well as Extra Services and at the same time adding elements of aesthetic to show.
• Facilitate the Bill of Quantities, Quotations and Invoices for Special Construction projects.
