The New position of Event Services Head Should be an able team player and will handle the following tasks:

3-5 years Experience in the event industry with a knowledge of MS office and AutoCAD.
Manage the extra services to generate more income with the implementation of existing and new systems, contributing to revenue growth
Facilitation of all ground requirement as layouts and extra service for ECS EVENTS, together with the reflected additional services required of the event .
Coordination of staff schedule for timely completion and delivery of event requirements for all existing and new events in the different Venues
Logistics coordination during move in, move out and during the exhibitions hours, including extra service queries and delivery for exhibitors and contractors
communication and coordination with the operations team for technical and logistics enquiries and solutions
Executions and effective implementation of all safety standards & protocols with operations team
Creation of invoices for extra venue services availed for all ECS events
