This is full-time remote role as Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for:
Identify and attract top-performing Agents.
Work closely with Hiring Managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in recruiting Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
Headhunting skill.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the company's values and opportunities to potential candidates.
A results-driven mindset.
Any European additional language is a plus.
