We are looking for a

Real Estate Recruiter

to join our dynamic team in Dubai! If you have experience in recruitment and a passion for the real estate industry, this is your chance to be part of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:



Identify, source, and recruit top real estate agents and brokers Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to onboarding Develop and implement effective hiring strategies Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs

Requirements:



Proven experience in

real estate recruitment

Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
