Real Estate Recruiter

Identify, source, and recruit top real estate agents and brokers Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to onboarding Develop and implement effective hiring strategies Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate recruitment
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWe Offer:
