Job Description
Requirements.
3-5 years in joinery and fit-out estimation/quantity surveying within the UAE. Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and production processes in interior fit-outs. Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously. Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Generate and submit quotations in line with project timelines and company standards. Conduct client meetings to discuss project requirements, present quotations, and negotiate terms. Coordinate with the production team to align manufacturing timelines with project schedules. Work closely with site engineers to monitor execution in line with estimated costs and approved specifications. Arrange and present material samples for client approval. Prepare and confirm detailed material specifications for procurement and execution. Maintain updated records of all quotations, revisions, and approvals.
