Our interior design company is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer skilled in estimation and costing. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction and interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and interior design projects.
Analyze material and labor costs based on project requirements.
Create accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Coordinate with project teams and suppliers.
Apply value engineering techniques to propose cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum
2 years of relevant UAE experience
.
Strong knowledge of estimation techniques and interior design materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation software is required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
