Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled
Estimator
with strong experience ininterior fit-out projects
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in pricing, cost estimation, and tendering for commercial, residential, and retail fit-out works within the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
cost estimates
,BOQs
, andtender documents
for interior fit-out projects. Review design drawings, specifications, and material requirements. Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitive pricing. Prepare and submittechnical and commercial proposals
within deadlines. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams for cost control and budget monitoring. Maintain a database of suppliers, materials, and subcontractors. Assist management withvalue engineering
and cost optimization strategies.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying
or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience
in estimation forinterior fit-out companies
.UAE experience is mandatory
(knowledge of the Dubai market preferred). Proficient inAutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
