Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate
cost estimates
,
BOQs
, and
tender documents
for interior fit-out projects.
Review design drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations for competitive pricing.
Prepare and submit
technical and commercial proposals
within deadlines.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams for cost control and budget monitoring.
Maintain a database of suppliers, materials, and subcontractors.
Assist management with
value engineering
and cost optimization strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying
or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in estimation for
interior fit-out companies
.
UAE experience is mandatory
(knowledge of the Dubai market preferred).
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
.
