Job Description

Saka Interiors, a luxury interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced

Estimator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have

proven UAE experience in interior design / fit-out projects

and a strong understanding of local market rates, suppliers, and project execution standards.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate project costing, profitability, and seamless coordination with design, procurement, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing breakdowns

for interior design and fit-out projects Analyse drawings, specifications, and design concepts to determine accurate material and labour costs Source and negotiate with

UAE -based suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors

Coordinate closely with

design, sales, procurement, and project management teams

Evaluate tender documents and prepare competitive commercial proposals Monitor cost variations, value engineering options, and budget controls Maintain updated costing databases aligned with current UAE market rates Assist in post-tender clarifications and cost reconciliation

Requirements (Mandatory):

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience

as an Estimator in

interior design / fit-out companies

Strong knowledge of

UAE construction practices, materials, and suppliers

Proficiency in

Excel, AutoCAD

, and estimation software (if applicable) Ability to read and interpret

shop drawings, layouts, and specifications

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Immediate joiners preferred
