Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

specializing in

Interior Design Fit-Out

projects.

Job Summary

Prepare detailed BOQs for residential and commercial interior projects Support the Project Manager in all cost estimation and tender pricing activities Develop technical submittals for tender requirements Source material and subcontractor quotations, and evaluate their cost-effectiveness Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to collect accurate quotes Conduct site inspections to support more precise cost projections Compile comprehensive documentation for tender submissions Identify and propose cost-efficient material and product solutions Source vendors, negotiate terms, and manage pricing strategies Analyze market delivery Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of fit-out market pricing

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum

6 years of experience

in interior fit-out estimation, with strong product and supplier knowledge Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and

AutoCAD

Strong analytical skills in pricing breakdown and cost analysis Familiarity with estimation software tools Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Proven experience in price negotiation and strategic sourcing Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team
