Assistant - Sales & Content Creation
to join our team. This is a hybrid role where you'll support both
client relations
and
content creation
for our brand.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming leads: logging, following up, and scheduling meetings.
Assist in client communication (WhatsApp, calls, emails) and help close deals.
Join client meetings and site visits to support sales and filming.
Capture behind-the-scenes content (photos, short videos) during projects.
Assist with content planning for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintain databases for leads, clients, and ongoing projects.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
Based in Dubai, fluent in
Arabic & English
(written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.
Creative eye for filming and content creation (basic phone editing is a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Previous experience in
sales, admin, or marketing support
is preferred.
What We Offer:
Fixed salary:
4,000 AED / month
Commission
on closed projects
Work closely with the Founder & Design Team
