About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager with proven experience in the interior design fit-out industry within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective project acquisition and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the interior fit-out and design sector.
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Manage client relationships from lead generation to project handover and payment collection.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately delivered.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate sales reports and project pipelines.
Requirements:
Should have 3+ Years of experience in Interior design fit-out industry within UAE.
Strong network of clients and contacts in the UAE interior fit-out market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
