Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Estimating:



Analyze maintenance project requirements, including labor, materials, and equipment, to prepare accurate cost estimates

Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop detailed scopes of work

Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and facility managers to define job requirements

Maintain and update cost databases and historical pricing for use in future estimates

Support bid and proposal preparation for maintenance and repair contracts



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
