We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Junior Estimator
to join ourFacilities Management
team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to build a career in cost estimation, budgeting, and project planning within the facilities management industry.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing cost estimates for facility maintenance, repairs, and new projects Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to determine cost requirements Collect and review vendor quotations for materials, labor, and services Support the team in preparing budgets and financial reports Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to optimize cost efficiency Maintain an updated database of costs, suppliers, and past estimates Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Strong numerical and analytical skills Basic knowledge of estimation techniques and costing principles (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and estimation software (training will be provided) Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
