Having hands on knowledge of Oracle Apps R12 and Fusion Modules or Oracle eBusiness Suite which includes Oracle Financials/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/HRMS modules.
Excellent communication and articulation skills with . Can explain technical solutions with business flair, contribute to RFP\xe2\x80\x99s, perform POC\xe2\x80\x99s etc.
Completed at least 6-8 full life cycle implementations.
Understand the fundamentals of business process through workshops and trainings conducted by Oracle consultants.
Challenge the process using their prior implementation / transitional experience.
Experience of identifying functional gaps and provide solutions. Configure and test the application as per business requirement.
Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, leadership and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
