We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator on behalf of our client in the oil and gas industry, based in Ras Al Khaimah. This critical role will support engineering and project teams in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, timely procurement, accurate documentation, and project milestone tracking. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact between engineering, procurement, quality, and production teams to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between engineering, project, procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Preparation and controlling of MTO & ensure its correctness as per latest engineering drawings. Review of cutting layouts.
• Preparation of ASME Standard Material TDC/ Material Purchase Specifications.
• Preparation of Drawing Revision Status, cover sheets and document transmittals.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure that materials and components are sourced in line with engineering requirements and project schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with technical specifications.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the engineering team in the preparation of technical documents, specifications, and reports.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure that project deadlines are adhered to. Provide regular status updates to the project manager.
• Ensure that all project documentation (SMR, NCR, As-built, etc) is accurately filed, up-to-date, and in compliance with company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in engineering project coordination, ideally within the oil & gas or heavy fabrication industry.
• Strong command of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of PV Elite software is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ASME standards and engineering documentation practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance and compliance.
