We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to manage the execution of projects related to industrial doors, docking systems, and high-speed door installations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project coordination from sales handover to completion and close-out documentation Conduct site visits, surveys, and attend kick-off meetings with clients Review project scope, technical specifications, quotations, and AutoCAD drawings Coordinate with design, procurement, installation, and customer service teams Place and follow up on material and product orders Ensure site readiness and mobilize installation teams accordingly Lead and supervise installation technicians across different Emirates Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE practices on site Handle project documentation including WIRs, MIRs, shop drawings, as-built drawings, O and M manuals, and T and C reports Submit project status reports to the Technical Manager or General Manager

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial door, docking system, or high-speed door installation projects Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (latest version) and MS Office tools Excellent coordination and communication skills in English Valid UAE driving license Willingness to travel across the UAE for site supervision
