Experience: 8-10 years in UAE (Consultancy background required)
We are hiring a
Project Coordinator
to join our experienced team ofengineers and consultants
. If you have a strong consultancy background and know how to navigate UAE authority procedures while managing project timelines -- we'd love to have you onboard!Your Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects (Architecture, Structure, MEP, Infrastructure) Liaise with Dubai authorities (DM, DEWA, RTA, Trakhees, etc.) for timely approvals Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and ensure quality standards Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders Track progress, prepare status reports, and assist in issue resolution Manage project documentation and authority submittals
You Bring:
8-10 years of UAE experience in a similar role (mandatory consultancy background)
Strong knowledge of local submission processes and authority regulations Excellent organizational and coordination skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) Ability to multitask and perform under pressureWhat We Offer:
