Job Description
BSc in Engineering (Masters preferred), MMUP Grade A, PMP, CCP. 15+ years of experience in cost estimation & project planning. Must be proficient in Primavera P6. Expertise in stakeholder management for government permits. Prepare cost estimations, execution strategies, and budget analyses. Develop tender documents, technical specifications, and conduct bid evaluations. Analyze cash flow and prepare detailed budget reports. Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6. Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary building approvals and permits. * Ensure compliance with Kahramaa's and international standards.
