What You'll Do

• Review and validate contractors' baseline schedules and master plans using Parsons methodologies
• Integrate schedules across multiple infrastructure packages to monitor interdependencies
• Conduct "what-if" analysis and time impact studies to assess delays and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor project progress using progress measurement systems (PMS) and issue regular reports
• Evaluate extension of time claims using delay analysis methods (e.g., window analysis, time impact)
• Attend technical and coordination meetings with contractors and clients
• Issue notices for schedule slippage, monitor critical milestones, and keep detailed records
• Prepare monthly progress reports and advise stakeholders on project risks and recovery measures
• Support dispute resolution and defend delay positions using analytical and contractual tools

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project planning and scheduling for infrastructure and utility works
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and related project control tools
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulatory compliance, and project phasing
• Experience in community development and large-scale infrastructure in the Gulf region preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings effectively
• Familiarity with UAE infrastructure authority procedures is a plus
