Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer (Oil and Gas Industry - Onshore/Offshore) with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop, manage, and update project schedules using industry-standard planning tools. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, proposing solutions as needed. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare progress reports and forecasts for senior management. Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and ensure budget compliance. Ensure that all project milestones and deadlines are met. Manage and assess project risks to mitigate any potential impact on delivery timelines. Provide planning support for both onshore and offshore oil and gas projects.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline). A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer within the oil and gas industry. Hands-on experience in both onshore and offshore project planning. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness to work in challenging field environments (onshore/offshore).
