Job Description

We are looking for an Energy Engineer for one of our leading clients

Job Responsibilities:
-Conducting energy audits and reports (Ashrae Level I, Ashrare Level II).
?On site system performance measurements (Power Quality, Energy, Flow Rates, Indoor Air Quality, Lux,) and utilize it for data analysis to construct accurate baselines.
?Identify & assess the feasibility of various energy conservation measures and perform Energy savings calculations.
? Prepare the technical and financial proposals of energy related projects.
? Develop &implement Measurement & Verification plans as per the international guidelines (IPMVP).
? Verifying proposed savings by monitoring the static and variable factors and do the necessary baseline adjustments and preparing ROI.
? Supporting projects team by providing all the technical requirements and the justifications for client's
? Carry out equipment selection for Chillers , Fan coil units , Unitary equipment DX, Roof tops, VRV system and Fresh air handling units for projects based in UAE.
? Working on HVAC software selection tools - VRV System, FAHU and AutoCAD.
? Prepare equipment schedule as per project requirements for submission to consultant and contractor.
? Estimation of HVAC projects -
? Heat load, CW pipe design, Pump design and system design experience.
? Fair knowledge of pricing / sourcing of HVAC components

Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
? Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the similar role
? Strong technical background
? Strong estimation of HVAC projects background
? Understanding of contractual terms
? Fair knowledge of Safety and Risk assessment
? HVAC Project execution business background

Education:
? Graduate with an Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Electrical or Equivalent)
? CMVP, CEA / CEM
Skills:
? Good English writing skills (proposal making, correspondence) to make comprehensive offers also verbal communication skill.
