Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2Supports the HR Department in developing and implementing recruitment policies for UAE Nationals in order to ensure achievement of the Emiratization strategies and other requirements.
  • Closely working with HR Manager/HR BP- Recruitment in networking with National Placement Agencies, Universities, Education and Technical Boards.
  • Help the HR Manager in representing the organization in Career Fairs, Open Days, Placement Workshops, and Seminars held for UAE National Job seekers in order to enhance the visibility of the organization in the National Job Market and to attract new UAE nationals to the group.
  • Coordinate with Head of Departments to understand their Manpower requirements and vacant position specifications.
  • Prepare and post job adverts on Tawteen portal, career websites and social media.
  • Evaluate, screen and shortlist resumes or CVs.
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates/applicants through initial interview by phone, Online and/or in-person interviews.
  • Provide a shortlisted and qualified candidate to hiring Managers/HR BP- Recruitment for further review and interview schedule.
  • Schedule interviews and keeps calendars for all hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Assist shortlisted or selected candidates when taking the Pre-Employment On-Line Assessment Test.
  • Responsible for Offer Letter preparation and releasing.
  • Constant communication with the selected candidates for Employment formalities.
  • Prepare new hire documents and ensuring Labor or Immigration requirements are met.
  • Liaise respective Group HR Executives, PR department and New Hires for onboarding formalities.
  • Induct, orient and introduce the new employees to their Group/Department, monitor their progress during the placement, and coordinate with their respective HOD to provide feedback to the HR Manager
  • Maintain a complete record of all UAE Nationals\xe2\x80\x99 interviews and CV\xe2\x80\x99s for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods, Labor Laws.
  • Provide new ideas and suggestion for an updated & affective recruitment process
  • Be a representative/coordinator for any UAE nationals related matters (Internally or externally)
  • Support the HR Manger to confirm a successful relationship are developed and maintained, with all local Government bodies supporting Emiratisation. Hence, the relationships can be a good force to the advantage of the organization.
  • Networking with relevant Government authorities and be aware of Government regulations and ensure these are reflected in the Group where relevant; e.g. the Tawteen programme
  • Ensure that all Official transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines so that the company fulfills all legislative reporting requirements
  • Supports HR Manager in implementation of Retention Programs and collating feedback to enhance Emiratisation strategy with a view to integrate them into the organization \xe2\x80\x98s mainstream smoothly.
  • Conduct Office visits with the HR Manager to build effective relationship with UAE Nationals employees in order to get an objective feedback on employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance, capabilities, potential and problematic issues.
  • Prepare yearly plan for placing UAE Nationals on a project basis or permanent job with the different group companies.
