Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate and effective nursing care for emergency and trauma cases.
Perform triage, monitor patients, and assist in urgent medical interventions.
Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Support health awareness and emergency preparedness initiatives.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a valid license.
Minimum
3 years of ER or critical care experience
in a hospital setting.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to be deployed and reside in Nauru.
