Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients in clinics, wards, and emergency settings
Monitor growth, development, and vital signs
Administer vaccinations and medications
Educate families on child health, nutrition, and preventive care
Support pediatricians and multidisciplinary teams in treatment planning
Maintain accurate health records and ensure infection control practices
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license
Pediatric nursing training or certification (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric or child health nursing
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
Adaptable to working in low-resource or rural settings
Cultural sensitivity and commitment to family-centered care
