Maternity Nurse- Nauru Deployment

Location:

Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a

skilled and compassionate Maternity Nurse

to provide care for mothers and newborns in a culturally diverse, resource-limited setting. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe deliveries and quality maternal care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal nursing care Assist midwives and obstetricians during labor and delivery Monitor maternal and fetal health Educate mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery Support family-centered maternity care practices Maintain accurate patient records and follow hygiene protocols

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license with maternity, obstetric, or midwifery experience Minimum 2 years working in maternity or labor and delivery units Training in neonatal resuscitation and maternal emergency care (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to remote and culturally diverse environments
