Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in urgent and critical conditions
Administer medications, IVs, wound care, and CPR as needed
Assist physicians during procedures and coordinate with hospital staff
Document patient care accurately and uphold infection control standards
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license
Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care experience
Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (preferred)
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to work in high-pressure and resource-limited environments
Team-oriented and culturally sensitive
