Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during operations and procedures
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and sterile fields
Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
Enforce infection control and patient safety protocols
Collaborate with anesthetists, surgical staff, and recovery teams
Maintain accurate documentation and surgical logs
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license
Minimum 2 years of recent OR/surgical nursing experience
Operating room training or certification (preferred)
Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills
Ability to work under pressure in resource-limited environments
Cultural awareness and a collaborative spirit
