to lead maintenance operations across electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and team management, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electromechanical maintenance activities for plant machinery and utilities.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on motors (AC/DC), pumps, compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues using testing tools (multimeter, megger, clamp meter).
Install, commission, and maintain control panels, sensors, transmitters (TT, PT, LT), flow meters, and VFD/PLC systems.
Oversee cable pulling, glanding, terminations, meagering, and loop checking.
Interpret electrical schematics, P&ID drawings, and technical diagrams.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, Permit to Work (PTW), and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Supervise technicians, assign tasks, coordinate contractors, and ensure quality execution of maintenance activities.
Prepare ISO-compliant reports, maintenance logs, downtime analysis, and material requisitions.
Support plant start-up and shutdown operations, ensuring safe and efficient equipment performance.
Optimize maintenance processes to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in industrial maintenance within Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar industries.
Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, SCADA,ATEX, motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC, and rotating equipment.
Hands-on experience with electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
Software proficiency:
AutoCAD 2D/3D, MS Office

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
HSE certifications such as H2S, LOTO, Electrical Safety, PTW, Working at Heights are preferred.
