We are looking for an experienced and qualified
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
to manage electrical maintenance operations for
heavy-duty equipment and vehicles
within the
oil and gas industry
.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all electrical maintenance activities for heavy-duty vehicles and equipment (e.g. cranes, forklifts, trucks, loaders).
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical faults including wiring, control systems, sensors, alternators, and starters.
Ensure all electrical work complies with industry safety and operational standards.
Maintain maintenance logs, documentation, and spare parts inventory.
Lead a team of electricians and technicians to ensure equipment uptime and performance.
Coordinate with operations and engineering departments for maintenance planning and support.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 to 6 years
of experience as a supervisor in electrical maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles/equipment.
Strong background in the
oil and gas industry
or similar heavy industrial environment.
Deep understanding of electrical systems, diagnostics tools, and heavy equipment control systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of
HSE standards
and compliance protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
Certification in electrical systems or equipment diagnostics is an advantage.
Experience with CMMS/ERP maintenance systems.
