JOB VACANCY: RTG/STS Crane Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

with extensive experience in

RTG (Rubber-Tired Gantry)

and

STS (Ship-to-Shore)

cranes to oversee our maintenance operations in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities on RTG and STS cranes. Plan, organize, and monitor preventive and corrective electrical maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot complex electrical and automation systems including PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control panels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures. Manage maintenance team performance and provide technical guidance. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory. Collaborate with operations and engineering departments to optimize crane uptime.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 to 6 years

of supervisory experience in electrical maintenance of RTG and STS cranes. Strong background in the

oil and gas industry

or heavy industrial environments. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, PLC programming, and automation. Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of HSE standards and practices in industrial settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Certification in industrial electrical maintenance or crane systems. Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS/ERP). Familiarity with international electrical and safety standards.
