Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities for RTG and STS cranes.
Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Lead a team of mechanics and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
Manage maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
Liaise with operations, engineering, and management to ensure crane availability and performance.
Requirements:
5 to 6 years
of proven supervisory experience in mechanical maintenance of RTG and STS cranes.
Solid background in the
oil and gas industry
or similar heavy industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of crane mechanical systems, hydraulics, diesel engines, and related equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Certification in crane maintenance or industrial supervision.
Experience with ERP or CMMS software is a plus.
