A reputed company in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced
Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee the maintenance of heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Lead a team of mechanics ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical faults efficiently.
Maintain detailed maintenance records, reports, and inventory of spare parts.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure equipment availability and performance.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 to 6 years
of supervisory experience in mechanical maintenance of heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
Strong experience within the
oil and gas industry
or similar heavy industrial environment.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, engines, and vehicle maintenance.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Understanding of HSE regulations and maintenance best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or supervisory skills.
Experience with CMMS/ERP systems is a plus.
