Job Description

:
The job holder is responsible for working with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all facilities are maintained regularly and repairs are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities:
Operational Standards and Management

• Conduct preventive maintenance of equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with equipments manual
• Conduct breakdown maintenace in prompt manner to keep down time as minimum as possible.
• Trouble shooting of elecrical faults, Trip in electrical system
• Attending basic AC complaints and plumbing complaints
• Maintenance of Faullt record to monitor the the down time of the outlet.
• Provide requirements of spare parts required to attend the call
• Proper management of spare parts stock to keep downtime minimum
• Keep all tools in proper maintained conditions
• Ensure maitenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.
• Analysing the faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any reoccurrence of problem

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma
• 5 Years as an electrician
• 2 years in UAE
• Knowledge of all electrical systems, Electrical distribution network
• Basic Knowledge of AC and plumbing systems
• Result orientation

• Planning and organising skills
• Customer service orientation
