Mark Williams is currently working with a prestigious Abu Dhabi government entity for their recruitment needs. The Solutions Specialist is responsible for the development of the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.

Responsibilities:

- Lead in designing, specifying and/or selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
- Lead the organization in exploiting technology and use knowledge of IT solutions to drive organizational change and support business process design
- Produce conceptual and logical architectures to meet strategic business, financial and technology objectives through documentation of systems, architectures, process flows and value-chains
- Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support
- Provide specialist expertise and practical assistance in the investigation, evaluation and interpretation of data in order to ensure its coherence, availability, accuracy and security to meet information systems requirements
- Responsible for working with key business stakeholders to design and develop semantic layers used for end user reporting, KPI\'s and analytics capability, team performance and forecasting
- Establish an entity\'s stable & optimized Business Architecture that\'s part of its Enterprise Architecture
- Lead efforts to achieve the IT A&S Business Layer objectives
- Business Process Improvement Process
- Enforce a Service Optimization Policy

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree qualification in Information Technology, Information Technology Management or similar
- Certified TOGAF, COBIT, Business Analyst, Scrum Master
- 8+ years of experience in the same field
- Strong business acumen to ensure the effective conduit between IT and business users and management
