: Platform Solution Specialist will be responsible for business development and sales for platform solutions/products.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and execute sales activities, including cold calling, emails, online meetings, and in-person meetings

  • Account management and daily conversations with clients, deliver required results on business reviews through a data-driven consultative approach

  • Collect, analyze, and deliver customer feedback to the management team and product team

  • Work closely with sales manager by contributing sales strategies

  • Collaborate with the Global Fulfillment Teams to conduct sales activities to convert & achieve Fulfillment Digital Integration

  • Consistently manage enterprise sales accounts for seamless customer experience & strengthen long-term strategic partnerships

  • Coordinate with the Platform Strategy Team to successfully align with Tridge's global strategy & vision

Candidate Requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of sales experience in global B2B products
  • Able to lead platform solution sales at the frontline

  • Prospecting skills, cold calling, business sales experience

  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and Sales DNA

  • Strategic planning ability to reproduce sales success cases

  • Business Fluency in English
