Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ducting Manager to oversee HVAC ducting operations on high-profile construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role involves managing ducting activities from design coordination through to installation, testing, and commissioning, while ensuring adherence to local codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage ductwork design, fabrication, and installation for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and main contractors to review and approve HVAC shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations. Monitor site progress, identify issues, and lead the resolution of ducting-related technical problems. Prepare work schedules and manpower planning for ducting teams. Oversee duct fabrication and installation activities to ensure quality and safety. Manage subcontractors, monitor material procurement, and ensure timely delivery of ducting components. Support testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) activities during commissioning. Prepare and maintain documentation including daily reports, progress reports, and quality control records.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology. Minimum 15+ years of experience in HVAC ducting works, with at least 8 years in the UAE or GCC region in a managerial/supervisory role. Familiarity with UAE construction codes, regulations, and authority approvals. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and duct sizing software.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong leadership and communication skills. UAE driving license is an advantage. Knowledge of duct insulation, fire-rated ducts, and acoustic treatment.
