We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager

specialized in

Pre-Insulated Panels Ducting

to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

HVAC duct production

and

factory management

.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the

production of pre-insulated panels for ducting


Manage

production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization


Ensure

quality control and compliance

with industry standards
Supervise and train

factory laborers and technicians


Monitor

inventory, raw materials, and procurement needs


Coordinate with

sales, logistics, and project teams

to meet delivery deadlines
Implement

cost-control measures and improve production efficiency



Requirements:



?

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field


?

Minimum 3 years of experience

in

pre-insulated ducting production


? Strong knowledge of

HVAC duct fabrication and PIR panel processing


? Experience in

factory operations, labor management, and production planning


? Proficiency in

ERP software and production tracking systems


? Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
